Preschool Programs
SPIN provides high quality, free preschool for children who turn three to five by September 1 for families residing in Philadelphia. Preschool Services are provided in four licensed centers on two campuses: Orthodox & Paul Streets in Frankford and Drummond Road in the Far Northeast.

Infant & Toddler Early Intervention Program
Services are provided for young children birth to 3 years at a home or at their childcare center in partnership with Philadelphia Infant/Toddler Early Intervention (ITEI: birthto3EI@phila.gov) or Bucks County Infant/Toddler Early Intervention (ITEI) for those living in Bucks County. These services may include Special Instruction, Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy according to your child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Services are provided through SPIN for children ages 3-5 years who live in Philadelphia in partnership with Elwyn Early Learning Services. If you are concerned about your preschool child’s development and they have not yet been evaluated, contact Elwyn’s Early Learning Services Access to Care Line at 215-222-8054.
SPIN is your partner in helping your child and family develop healthy behaviors, reach its goals and have strong emotional, behavioral, and communication skills that support strong relationships. We are also a city-designated Autism Center for Excellence for more than a decade and specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of children & teens suspected of or diagnosed with Autism.
SPIN is the largest provider of ABA Services in the Community Behavioral Health network and is designated as a high-quality provider through the city’s Evidence-Based Practice & Implementation Collaborative (EPIC) since 2018. Every year since then, we have continued to build our reputation, one child and family at a time.
SPIN Psychological Services, now open at our location in Northeast Philadelphia, has recently expanded its assessment capacity and now stands poised to help children, families, and schools in our region to obtain high-quality, reasonably priced fee-for-service evaluations that are not routinely covered otherwise by insurance.
