Infant & Toddler Early Intervention program


Services are provided for young children birth to 3 years at a home or at their childcare center in partnership with Philadelphia Infant/Toddler Early Intervention (ITEI: or Bucks County Infant/Toddler Early Intervention (ITEI) for those living in Bucks County.    These services may include Special Instruction, Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy according to your child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).

If you are concerned about your infant or toddler’s development and they have not yet been evaluated, contact the following:

If your child is determined eligible for these services, the county will refer you to a provider such as SPIN, who is in their provider network in your county.  You are free to request SPIN as your provider. 

Referrals are continuously reviewed.  Options are available for virtual or in-person services based on legal guardian preference.
