Leadership development is a time-honored tradition at SPIN. Whether you are a Direct Support Professional or a member of the executive team, we equip you with the necessary tools to develop your leadership skills and lead your team to success.
Leadership Pathway
Leadership Pathway is a voluntary leadership cultivation and mentorship program for motivated, successful employees across the organization. Employees are paired with a mentor over the course of a 14 week leadership development program.
An internship experience at SPIN affords students the opportunity to gain knowledge and practical experience while fulfilling a college course requirement. Internship experiences are available throughout the year within Children’s Services, Adult Services, Behavioral Health Clinical Services, Therapeutic Recreation, Employment Services, Human Resources, Information Technology Services, Finance and more.
