Preschool Programs

HIGH QUALITY, FREE PRESCHOOL

SPIN provides high quality, free preschool for children who turn three to five by September 1 for families residing in Philadelphia. Preschool Services are provided in four licensed centers on two campuses: Orthodox & Paul Streets in Frankford and Drummond Road in the Far Northeast.

• Five-and-a-half-hour program
• Free, nutritious meals and snacks
• School-based calendar from September to June
• Optional fee-based full day/full year childcare can be added to preschool program (see below)

We recognize the importance of family as the child’s first and forever teacher by providing opportunities for families to participate in all aspects of our program. We invite the adults in each child’s life to attend meetings where we discuss program activities, resources, and goals, and to celebrate their child’s growth and achievements with us along the way. Ongoing interaction between parents and the teacher is an important part of our program.
