Spinning

Tuesdays at 5pm, Wednesdays at 6pm and (most) Fridays at 12pm

Spinning with Mary!

  • Spinning is an excellent way to burn some extra calories & relive stress.
  • Using an indoor stationary bike, cyclists will burn up 500+ calories during class.
  • Class will help you build muscle tone, focus on core muscles as well as glutes and legs.
    All bikes allow for an increase & decrease in tension along with adjustable handles & seats.
  • LIMITED SEATS. Bikes are first come first serve basis. Everyone must use a seat cover.

Total Tone

  • 45 minute full body fitness
  • Targets all muscle groups
  • Resistance bands for controlled movements
  • Build strength and endurance
  • Increase flexibility
  • All fitness levels
  • Resistance bands and mats are supplied at a first come, first serve basis.

  • Perfect for beginners!
  • Learn the basics of new and classic line dances in this fun class that feels more like a party than a workout!

Yoga with Breath with Gina!

Wednesdays at 7pm

  • Yoga with Breath is designed to bring warmth to the body through continuous movement, awareness of alignment and use of the breath.
  • The class begins and ends with a silent mediation.
  • All are welcome to this practice, and modifications are offered throughout the practice based on each student’s unique needs.
