Meet Ben

Since his first day at SPIN, Ben has been a person of paramount reliability and dependability for the people he supports and the entire SPIN Community Participation Program. Ben supports a life of possibilities through his creativity and instinctive ability to think outside of the box. He has a natural talent for imagining and creating new experiences and opportunities that enhance the lives of the people he supports.

Ben has genuine connections with everyone around him. He has a way of getting to know people and understanding their needs in a way that appears natural and effortless. Because of this, many people he has supported, as well as their families and his team members request Ben as their assigned staff. Ben encourages independence for those he supports and helps everyone find their passion in life. He develops strategies for active participation and drives for the advancement of individual outcomes.

Ben is a mentor and role model for many of his co-workers. New employees are often assigned to him for mentorship and training. He proactively engages with co-workers to promote and support collaboration on program initiatives. His enthusiasm for his job and his love for doing what he does is infectious.
