Madison

My name is Madison and I have been working at SPIN for five years! What I enjoy most about my job is seeing people grow and reach their goals. It’s incredibly rewarding to support individuals through meaningful activities and watch their confidence, skills, and independence develop over time. I also value being part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team where everyone works together to support the whole person. I feel especially proud to be a CTRS while supervising interns and students entering the field. Supporting their growth, helping them build confidence, and watching them find their own strengths reinforce the importance of recreational therapy. Being able to mentor future RTs and contribute to the growth and sustainability of our profession makes me feel proud to be part of the field.
