Kate began as an intern to support the administrative needs of the Behavioral Health and Autism department in 2009 and found a career that has aligned both personal and professional goals.
Throughout Kate’s tenure at SPIN, she has utilized a data-driven, solutions focused approach to innovative practices within the operations teams. Kate has held many roles within the organization, including payroll administrator, staff accountant and most recently, for the past 10 years, creating the Children’s Programs Operations team to support the non-programmatic needs of SPIN’s Children’s Programs division.
Kate is driven to continue to find viable and sustainable solutions to support the needs of all of the people supported under SPIN’s continuum of care. Providing a life of possibilities to all in a caring and person-centered approach is at the center of SPIN’s mission and an invaluable reminder of what our work can accomplish even when navigating each new challenge.
