“Our daughter Regan is a soon to be 6-year-old diagnosed with Autism at 19 months. She was on SPIN’s waiting list for two years before getting into the Autistic Support Class and spending two years there. Her growth and development since walking in SPIN’s doors was absolutely mind blowing. She entered non-verbal and exited talking, reading, writing, singing, and more. Her social skills and other areas dramatically improved. Her teachers were top notch, they treated and loved her as their own and always communicated with us so not only did we as her parents learn things along the way, we were no longer her only advocates, they were too.
Their patience, understanding, determination, support, and confidence in her is something we will never forget and will be eternally grateful for. In addition, this progress was also made during the Covid pandemic which was quite impressive. As sad as we and they were to see her leave and move on to Kindergarten in August 2022, we were all excited for her future and new school. We will always stay in touch with SPIN and it will always hold a special place in our hearts.”
